About Karen Glavin
For over thirty years, Karen Glavin has dedicated her life to helping people transform
through the power of hypnosis and mindset coaching. She began her journey in 1994 with
Glavin Hypnotherapy Plus, LLC, inspired by her own life-changing experiences with
hypnosis during a difficult time in her life.
As a single mother of four, Karen discovered firsthand how hypnosis could restore
confidence, improve health, and create clarity in moments of challenge. What began as a
personal turning point became a lifelong mission: to share these tools with others and help
them unlock their potential.
Along the way, Karen saw the same truth again and again: lasting change happens when
clients eliminate the underlying causes of their challenges. The client does the work. Karen’s role is to guide and partner with them as they let go of what has been holding them back, so they can be Free to Be™.
In 2025, Karen launched Redeemed Hypnosis™, an evolution of her work designed to bring
her signature Redeemed Hypnosis™ Protocol to a wider audience. Through the Redeemed
Hypnosis™ Family of Programs, she now trains and certifies professionals to bring this
work to their own clients, from children and athletes to people ready to become smoke-free.
Karen’s passion lies in witnessing transformation, whether it’s a child reclaiming their
confidence, an athlete unlocking peak performance, or an individual rising beyond personal
challenges. Her work continues to inspire lasting change, guiding people toward a healthier, more empowered version of themselves.
