About Karen Glavin

For over thirty years, Karen Glavin has dedicated her life to helping people transform through the power of hypnosis and mindset coaching. She began her journey in 1994 with Glavin Hypnotherapy+, inspired by her own life-changing experiences with hypnosis during a difficult time in her life.

As a single mother of four, Karen discovered firsthand how hypnosis could restore confidence, improve health, and create clarity in moments of challenge. What began as a personal turning point became a lifelong mission: to share these tools with others and help them unlock their potential.

Over the decades, Karen has built an impressive career:

Certified Hypnotist & Peak Performance Mindset Coach – working with athletes, business professionals, and creatives to achieve their best.

Certified in Pediatric Hypnosis – empowering children to improve focus, confidence, and well-being.

Complementary Medical Certification – collaborating with medical professionals to support patients on their healing journey.

Speaker & Educator – presenting at the Heartland Hypnosis Conference and guiding the next generation of hypnotists.

In 2024, Karen launched Redeemed Hypnosis™, an evolution of her work designed to bring her proven Success Toolkit and signature Redeemed Hypnosis Protocol to a wider audience.
